All Parties Express Increased Belief that Anthony Weiner was not Responsible for Sending Photo after Viewing CBS Interview
Flemington, NJ, June 6, 2011 – A new national study among 1,113 self-reported Democrats, Republicans and Independents revealed that all parties increased their belief that U.S. Representative Anthony Weiner was not responsible for sending an inappropriate photo after watching his interview on CBS.
The study was conducted during June 3-6 by HCD Research to obtain Americans’ perceptions of a video in which U.S Representative Anthony Weiner addressed the subject of the recent Twitter scandal involving alleged photos of him. The results were reported on its mediacurves.com website.
After viewing the video, all parties increased their belief that Anthony Weiner was not responsible for sending photos via his Twitter account, increasing from 24% to 40% among Democrats, 13% to 25% among Republicans, and 19% to 32% among Independents.

While viewing the video, participants indicated their perceived levels of believability by moving their mouse from left to right on a continuum. The responses were recorded in quarter-second intervals and reported in the form of curves. The participants were also asked to respond to post-viewing questions.

First, I don't think it's a photo of what everyone thinks it is but something placed in someones shorts trying to act mocho or look same. Second,. if it happened to me I'd let the public hang as well as if it were Really Me!!! In this overly 'sex' crazed society!!

I agree that the FBI should investigate because this is someone in a higher public office. Unfortunately, it would cost money but if this was a prank, the consequences could hae been much more serious if they posted politically sensitive information, terroristics threats, or anything that would have caused a public panic.

In the way of politicians everywhere, he avoided answering directly. I do not know if he sent the pic, but it's obvious he refuses to acknowlege it's a pic of him, or he'd want it investigated. A very juvenile act done by someone I would not want to represent me.

I think it can happen to anyone I can see why someone would pick on him, however he should call the police on this one because it is and can become more than a prank. If someone gets away with it then they can do worse in the future. On the otherside if he did it he is one sick puppy.

A representaive that had his computer files hacked needs to have the authorities invesigate. If he doesn't do this, then he appears to be lying about the source of the posting of the photo.

I thought he had a good point about using tax dollars and bringing in the Feds on something he feels is insignificant. However, it's ridiculous that he would know if the picture was him, or if he took it or anything of that nature. So there is clearly something amiss that he is not revealing.

I did not see this particular interview and am happy to hear a large account than what was on the regular news. I will now pay closer attention as I now feel this politician has some personality, and likeablity. Once it is personally looked into, the law maybe should be an alternative means of taking care of it, as to precede future cases for the average person. I like to see the results of the surveys and opinions, especially as they pertain to New York City.

Breaking news people. He just recanted, admitting to the deed. What I find disturbing is most people believed him. I didnt believe him for a minute. I was suspicious about why he didnt care about how it was affecting his political standing.
