Americans Say Green Bay Packers Should Pass on Brett Favre


Majority Believe Favre is to Blame for Controversy

Flemington, NJ, August 7, 2008 – Results of a national focus group among 129 Americans revealed that a majority (72%), indicated that the Green Bay Packers should trade Quarterback Brett Favre, who was recently reinstated by the NFL after announcing his retirement last March.

The study was conducted by HCD Research on August 6, to obtain Americans’ perceptions of a video news report regarding the controversy surrounding the Green Bay Packers and Brett Favre. To view detailed results of the study go to: www.mediacurves.com.
