National Firm Reports Americans’ Reactions by Gender to Presidential Debate

Flemington, NJ, September 29, 2008 – HCD Research, Inc. announced today the results by gender of a study it conducted to obtain Americans’ reactions to key issues during the presidential debate on Friday night.

The study, which was hosted on the firm’s mediacurves.com web site, was conducted by HCD Research and the Muhlenberg College Institute of Public Opinion (MCIPO), among self-reported Republicans, Democrats and independents.

HCD Research gave participants the opportunity to use their cell phones or the web as response tools to provide their opinions on which candidate was winning the debate regarding key issues facing the country. The results were gathered simultaneously through text messaging and a web tool and displayed live on Mediacurves.com. Over 1200 respondents participated in this study.
