American Idol Viewers: Lil Rounds Should be the Next to go Home


Danny Gokey remains viewers' favorite

Flemington, NJ, April 15, 2009 – A new study conducted among American Idol viewers revealed that viewers believe that Lil Rounds should be voted off the show before the next round of competition.

The study was conducted by HCD Research on April 14, to obtain American Idol viewers’ predictions and opinions of which contestants should be voted off on tonight’s results show. HCD Research is conducting a weekly study during American Idol Season 8 to determine which contestants the viewers think should be voted off each week.  The study results are compared to the actual results of the show each week.

Viewers were asked to choose a contestant from this week’s competition that they thought should be voted off the show. Lil Rounds received the highest percentage of votes with 36%, followed by Anoop Desai with 18% and Matt Giraud with 16%.
