Two Weeks After Super Bowl: Budweiser, Doritos and Denny's Ads Most Memorable

Flemington, NJ, February 16, 2009 – A national study conducted among 306 viewers of Super Bowl XLIII to measure the memorability of the ads two weeks after the game revealed that Budweiser, Doritos and Denny’s came out on top.

The study was conducted by HCD Research on February 13 to measure the effectiveness and longevity of the 2009 Super Bowl ads and brands two weeks after the game. Click here to view the top most memorable ads .

HCD Research conducted a follow-up Super Bowl ad study during February 4-5 to determine which ads and brands received the most follow-up activity the week after the game.

In the most recent study, participants were also asked if they followed-up on any specific brands or ads that aired during the Super Bowl. Respondents listed all ads and brands they researched, requested information on, or purchased. The ads were ranked based on how many respondents claimed to have followed-up on a specific ad or brand. The results were compared to the previous study which measured brand recall after one week.
